Kidneys For Sale

I think this is a neither a good nor a bad thing cos u see if the donor is affected with a transmuteable diease the donatee has a high chance of contracting that diease . But on the other hand if the donor is healthy the donatee might have a new lease of life or at least the donatee might live a year or 2 longer . So i think that Singapore should not band kidney sale but they should conduct checks on the donor to see if he is sick in anyway . This is a Win-Win situation the donor get $$$ the donatee get to live longer ....
